We don't build everything up front. We decide on the smallest version that can earn revenue and release it first.
After launch, we look at sign-ups and sales and decide what to build next.

Once the business is running, we extend it and hand the system and the know-how to your team.

PLAN 02 — FDE
FDE (AI built inside your operations)
Our engineers join your operations and make AI work on the ground.
FDE (forward deployed engineering) means our engineers work inside your operations, building AI systems while they watch the work, and staying until those systems take hold.
Rather than building to a spec, we start with you from deciding where AI should go.
A good fit if
- You want to use AI in your work, but haven't decided where to start
- You don't have engineers in-house who can build AI into your operations
- You want to add AI without overhauling your current systems and workflows

- We keep running and improving it. When the contract ends, we hand the system and the know-how to your team. After that, the only costs are actual expenses such as server fees.
